These terms govern your use of NumaHaven ("the app", "our services"), a product of CareSoul.ai operated by Shahnawaz Khan and Kirtimaan Gogna.

1. About NumaHaven

NumaHaven is a self-guided mental wellness mobile application offering breathing exercises, meditations, journaling, mood tracking, assessments, and AI-generated wellness session plans. NumaHaven is not a mental health establishment under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and does not provide clinical services, diagnosis, or treatment.

The wellness tools, assessment scores, and content provided through NumaHaven are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Assessment scores reflect the frequency of self-reported experiences and are not clinical diagnoses.

3. Age and Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use NumaHaven.

NumaHaven is not intended for children under 13. We will suspend and delete any account discovered to be operated by a child under 13.

NumaHaven is not a crisis service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact one of the following immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, wellness exercises, audio recordings, and software in NumaHaven are owned by CareSoul.ai or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create in NumaHaven (journal entries, mood notes, goals). By creating such content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

We aim to keep NumaHaven available at all times but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply security updates, or temporarily suspend specific features without prior notice. We will make reasonable effort to notify users of significant downtime.

NumaHaven is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
