1. About NumaHaven

NumaHaven is a self-guided mental wellness mobile application offering breathing exercises, meditations, journaling, mood tracking, assessments, and AI-generated wellness session plans. NumaHaven is not a mental health establishment under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017, and does not provide clinical services, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not Medical Advice

The wellness tools, assessment scores, and content provided through NumaHaven are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Assessment scores reflect the frequency of self-reported experiences and are not clinical diagnoses.

3. Age and Parental Consent

You must be at least 13 years old to use NumaHaven.

• If you are 18 or older, you may use NumaHaven independently.
• If you are 13 to 17 years old, you may use NumaHaven only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you represent that this consent has been obtained.

NumaHaven is not intended for children under 13. We will suspend and delete any account discovered to be operated by a child under 13.

4. User Responsibilities

By using NumaHaven, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your account and assessments
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes only
• Not use the app as a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care, or for emergency services
• Seek professional help if you are in crisis (see Section 5)
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, wellness exercises, audio recordings, and software in NumaHaven are owned by CareSoul.ai or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create in NumaHaven (journal entries, mood notes, goals). By creating such content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not use NumaHaven to:

• Harm, harass, or defame any other person
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or malicious
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Probe, scan, or test the security of our systems without authorisation
• Introduce viruses, malware, or exploit code
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical controls

Violations may result in account suspension or termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep NumaHaven available at all times but make no guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply security updates, or temporarily suspend specific features without prior notice. We will make reasonable effort to notify users of significant downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

NumaHaven is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for the accuracy of self-assessment results, AI-generated content, or any decisions you make based on app content
• We are not liable for any medical outcome, clinical condition, or psychological event related to your use or non-use of the app
• Our total aggregate liability, regardless of cause, is limited to ₹10,000 INR or the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater

Nothing in this section limits liability for harm that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we cease operations
• On termination, data will be handled per our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of NumaHaven shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
